About Me

I was born in Ranchi, Jharkhand, in 1999 and completed my schooling and 12th in commerce there. In 2018, I moved to Mumbai for college, graduating with a B.Com from St. Andrews College, Bandra, who will go on to be the part of the first COVID-19 batch. Technology has been part of my life since childhood. My family was among the first in our town to own a personal computer in 1998. While most kids were outside, I spent hours playing Mario, exploring MS Paint, and figuring out what this new machine could do. One story my mom loves to tell, when I was barely four years old, my grandfather then HOD at Ranchi Veterinary College would bring his students to watch me use the computer during lunch breaks. His point was simple: if a child can play and create on it, you can too. That sense of curiosity and play has stayed with me, whether through sketching, painting, or now, designing products.

Although I studied commerce, I’ve always been drawn to how things work. By the time COVID lockdowns hit, I finally had space to act on that curiosity. I picked up Adobe Illustrator and began blending my love for tech with creativity. Within weeks, I was designing posters and selling commission work on Instagram (@agraffiti_). That evolved into freelancing websites and app prototypes for small clients. Eventually, a friend and I launched a boutique agency DZYN Media where we built digital products for clients for about a year before winding it down when I graduated & joined Bank of America. During this time, I also went down countless tech rabbit holes most memorably with Bitcoin & crypto. I taught myself to approach overwhelming topics by chasing them to their root: why they were created and what problem they solved. Once I understood that foundation, everything else clicked into place. That framework of learning has stayed with me and continues to guide how I explore new technologies today. Even during that time, the hunger to work in tech never left. Design became my gateway to combining creativity with problem solving and product design felt like home.

My career started at Bank of America in 2021 as a Product Risk Analyst. It gave me global exposure, but I soon realized my curiosity needed a faster-moving environment. I moved to Pocketbits as a Product Marketer, diving into Web3, where I boosted their digital presence significantly growing impressions by 80%+, reviving their Instagram, and launching campaigns that brought in thousands of followers and community members. Though the role lasted only three months due to market shifts, it gave me my first taste of shaping a digital product’s story. After a short break, I joined Ease My AI in late 2022 as a Product Designer. What started as design work quickly grew into a multi-hat role: building a complex automation tool from scratch, creating a design system, training a small product team, and eventually transitioning into Product Management. Over time, I moved beyond design, handling sales, leading project implementations, and presenting to clients like AT&T, Reliance, Adani, and Tech Mahindra. Some highlights include:

  • Designing a 500+ flow automation platform and a complete design system.

  • Driving projects that delivered over half a million USD in revenue with a lean team.

  • Co-leading the deployment of Ease My AI’s largest project at DP World ICD Ahmedabad.

  • Managing international business partnerships and government tender processes.

Each role I’ve taken has added to my toolkit: Analyst, Marketer, Designer, Product Manager but the thread running through them all is problem solving. The more varied the problems, the more creative the solutions. That’s how I see the essence of meaningful work: moving toward abstraction, where experience across fields helps me solve complex problems with clarity. A core driver in my work has been the learning framework I developed during my early explorations, understanding root causes first before building solutions. It’s how I adapt quickly to new domains and deliver impact across diverse roles.
